Women in Cincinnati reach across the ocean to help women in Mamelodi, South Africa. In an effort to bring awareness to domestic violence, Women Helping Women has teamed up with Beaded Hope. Beaded Hope has created a beautiful purple beaded ribbon. The purple ribbons were all hand made by one woman in Mamelodi, South Africa. When you purchase a purple beaded ribbon from Women Helping Women, not only will you be supporting Women Helping Women’s mission but you will also be supporting a woman in Mamelodi, South Africa allowing her to provide food for her family and purchase needed HIV medications.
